Michelle Herrick of J.P. Morgan and Paul Logan of Citadel Appointed to Breaking Ground Board of Directors

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Michelle Herrick and Paul Logan to our board of directors. Michelle Herrick is the Head of Commercial Real Estate at J.P. Morgan, and Paul Logan is the Global Head of Strategic Planning, Design and Development at Citadel.

Michelle Herrick leads J.P. Morgan Commercial Banking’s Commercial Real Estate portfolio, which is the largest in the U.S. and plays an essential role in developing and strengthening communities. She joined J.P. Morgan in 2017 and led the Real Estate Banking business before being promoted to Head of Commercial Real Estate in 2025. Michelle also serves as a Global Trustee for the Urban Land Institute and sits on their Global Board of Directors, sits on the board of directors as the Treasurer for The Real Estate Roundtable, and is a member of the advisory board for the nonprofit One Million Degrees.

Paul Logan joined Citadel in 2024 and has more than 25 years of real estate experience at a variety of organizations, including Bloomberg, JPMorganChase, JLL, Jonathan Rose Companies, Jazz at Lincoln Center and Polshek Partnership (Ennead) Architects. He has worked across all aspects of real estate, and led transformational programs and projects for commercial, civic and nonprofit organizations. At Citadel, Paul oversees the firm’s planning, design and development initiatives, driving innovation and architectural excellence. Paul is a registered Architect and a LEED-accredited professional.
