Designed to help improve the health and well-being of high cost users of health care through the use of Medicaid Redesign Team financing, Boston Road provides 154 units for formerly homeless single adults - many living with HIV/AIDS or special needs - and low-income working adults from the South Bronx community. The ground floor houses building common areas, offices for supportive services, and recreational space including an exercise room, computer lab, and landscaped terrace.
