Park House is Breaking Ground’s first affordable family project. It will share a large site with a companion building, Webster Supportive Housing, reclaiming a brownfield site. The 243,760 SF, 12-story project will contain 248 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units housing low-income working adults and families from the South Bronx community. The ground floor will house building common areas including a community room and laundry. The landscaped courtyard, connecting the two buildings, will contain active and contemplative spaces as well as cleverly masked parking for the building’s tenants.
